Education & Activities
Paul spent his early years on family farms in Wayne and Cedar Counties in Nebraska. Paul received his B.S.F.S. from Georgetown University and worked for government contractors CACI and The Boeing Company in the Washington, D.C., area. Paul then attended the University of South Dakota School of Law, writing for South Dakota Law Review, and graduating with Sterling Honors. Paul is admitted to practice in South Dakota state courts and the United States District Court in South Dakota. Outside work, Paul serves on the board of directors of Yankton Transit, and he and his family are active in the Yankton Area Ice Association.
Personal Experience
Paul’s practice includes personal injury, enterprise and estate planning, and education and administrative law. Paul works with clients on formation and reorganization of business organizations (corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships), recovery from injuries, succession planning and probate matters, and administrative dealings with local, state, and federal governments.
