Josh’s practice includes estate planning, real estate transactions, business formations and transactions, and general civil litigation.
Education & Activities
Josh was born and raised in Aberdeen, South Dakota. He graduated from the University of South Dakota in 2019, receiving a Bachelor of Science in political science and a Bachelor of Business Administration.
Josh then graduated from the University of South Dakota Knudson School of Law in 2022. While in law school, he worked as the graduate assistant for Student Rights & Responsibilities and the General Counsel. In between his first and second year of law school, Josh interned with the State’s Attorney’s Office in Brown County, South Dakota. Then, in between his second and third year of law school, Josh worked as a summer associate with Marlow, Woodward & Huff.
Josh currently lives in Vermillion, South Dakota with his wife, Shanel, who works as a school psychologist in northeast Nebraska. In his free time, Josh enjoys playing golf, traveling, and watching all manner of sports at the sufferance of his wife.
